It has been a long and winding road for me to find yoga, this incredibly exciting path that has set me on a path to myself Yoga has been an integral part of my life since 2010, I have been practicing it for over 10 years now. I have done classes back in Hungary and now here in Aotearoa.

I love it because it balances, inspires and guides me. It teaches me awareness and what I experience in practice I can apply in my everyday life.

I did work in the competitive sector for many years as a sales executive  and leader in the pharmaceutical world. I have suffered from scoliosis and back pain since childhood, made worse by sedentary work and stress.

Yoga not only provided a solution to this, but to so many other problems. I was captivated by the precise execution of movements based on modern anatomy.

The whole message of yoga, the asanas, the breathing, the flow all became an integral part of my life. And guess what. By doing all these classes I have become healthier physically, mentally and spiritually.

I am convinced that the natural state of everyone is freedom of movement without pain and a pure soul – and yoga classes are the best way to discover them.

“Words cannot express the full value of yoga. It must be experienced”

B.K.S Iyengar

My mission is to share benefits of yoga with others who might feel overhelmed or burned out by their stressful lives and helping people open  new ways of thinking , grounding back into their bodies and expanding their conssciousness.

My favourite style is slow flow yoga and my passion is around healthy spine classes.

B.K.S Iyengar says: “Words cannot express the full value of yoga. It must be experienced”.

So I encourage you to get your own experience, try it!
